---------General Guidelines--------
All members must be at least 16 years of age in real life and able to read and write understandable english.

All initiates must register at the website to get promoted to member.

Only English is allowed in the guildchat.

The Guild is a laid back kinda guild, we are NOT running the guild like a military boot camp(do what youre told, or be kicked).
We are in the Guild to have fun and we expect all members to feel the same.

Uphold the honor of the Guild at all times. Keep in mind that you represent the Guild and our reputation should make our members proud and others happy to have us around. Don't let your guild mates down.
All members must Wear our emblem and colors at all times if able to.

Respect all members regardless of rank.
Be thoughtful of others even when joking(pm/mail an officer if you feel someone is being to oppressing).
That being said, our guildchat may at times be filled with cusswords and swearing, we expect our members to have a wide tolerance of this.

Harassment is unacceptable.

Ask not what the Guild can do for you, ask what you can do for the Guild.
Members are expected to happily work together for the betterment of all. Don't expect more than you give. If you give, you shall receive.
There are many ways to contribute to improve óur Guild community. A few examples: If you have a profession, provide the services freely in exchange for the materials to further your skill. Ask if your guild mates need an item (if you can afford it) before selling it. Host an event. Help someone with a difficult quest.

Begging is not be tolerated. Just because other players are a higher level then you, does not mean they can always afford to help you. If you need something, kindly ask in guild chat, if someone can help you, they will, if not, do not keep asking.

Last but not least:
If all Officers feels that a guild member does not fit the common behavior of the guild, that member will be given a reason and be kicked.

------- Raid Loot Management-------
Everyone can greed roll on items, need rolls has priority.

Non-guildies:
These have the effective rank of peasant.

Peasants:
Can need roll for any item that drops in a raid run if it is not needed by Grunts and upwards.
If someone ranked Grunt or above and also needs that item, then their roll has priority.
Can only win 1 epic item per raid run on need roll, unless no-one else needs it.

Grunts:
Can roll for any item and their rolls are as important as anyone else without exception.
Can only win 1 epic per raid run on need roll, unless no-one else needs it.

Legionnaires and upwards:
Can need roll on any item.
Can walk away with as many epics as they are lucky enough to win rolls on.
